By accessing the ExoServices LLC website or booking our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable laws and regulations.
Estimates: All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated.
Payments: Payment terms are specified on each invoice. Late payments may be subject to additional fees as permitted by Texas law.
Changes: Any changes to the original scope of work after a project has begun may result in additional charges.
The client agrees to provide ExoServices LLC technicians access to the property on the scheduled service date. This includes:
Ensuring gates are unlocked.
Keeping pets indoors.
Providing access to a functional outdoor water spigot (for pressure washing services).
Clearing the work area of fragile items or debris.
ExoServices LLC is fully insured. However, we are not responsible for:
Damage due to pre-existing structural issues or rot.
Damage to plants or property if specific “pre-service” instructions provided to the client were not followed.
Minor water intrusion through faulty window or door seals during pressure washing.
Cancellations must be made at least 24–48 hours before the scheduled service time. Cancellations made with less notice may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
